FAQ's
How do I make a reservation?
It would be our pleasure to assist you in making your reservation. We deliver all non motorized craft right to your door.
What is your cancellation and weather policy?
No one, including the weatherman, accurately predicts lake conditions the day before a scheduled trip. We make the sole decision on the morning of the reservation with regards to the lake and weather conditions. Do not expect cancellations from us due to potential conditions prior to the morning of the reservation. If we cancel a reservation due to inclement weather or poor lake conditions, we give our customers the option to reschedule their boat rental. If a trip cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be made. There are no weather refunds given on multi- day rentals or package deals. No refunds are given if you cancel your reservation for anyreason but we will give you a credit for another day during our season.
Who is required to wear a life Jacket?
Private Charters: Any youth under the age of 12 on a boat must wear a securely fastened US coast guard approved personal floatation device of appropriate size.
Kayak, Canoe, SUP: individuals must wear at all times a securely fastened U.S. Coast guard approved floatation device of appropriate size.
What is the delivery process?
On the day of your watercraft rental, we will meet you at your chosen location. All non motorized rentals are delivered by road to your destination , including lake homes, restaurant docks, Long Point Park and Vitale Park. As there are numerous homes on the lake with steep yards, all items delivered to private homes will be delivered curbside to that home's driveway or designated parking area. Aquatic Adventures delivery personnel are not responsible for transporting the rental items to the waterfront.
At delivery we will provide you with all the required safety equipment, instructions on the use of the equipment and complete the required rental equipment Inspection. The inspection will take place both before and after the rental period. When your rental time ends, we will meet you at the predetermined location to pick up the rental equipment and complete the Post-Rental Inspection. The person who rented the equipment/ watercraft must be at the check out inspection.
What are the guidelines for Watercraft Rentals?
Renters must have a valid drivers License, valid credit card and be 18 years or older. You will be charged for any damages that occur during your rental period.
You must know how to swim Riders must be 10 years or older to be in a single kayak or SUP and 5 years of age or older when accompanied by a parent or guardian in a double kayak or paddleboat. Disregarding or intentionally breaking our contract rules or any NYS laws will result in the
immediate termination of our rental agreement. Additionally, if there is any evidence of pets, smoking , the use of any flammable substances or illegal drugs when using any of our rentals, your rental time period will end immediately. If termination of the rental agreement occurs or a violation is discovered, you will be charged and for-fitted any time left in the rental period.
Not Permitted on our watercraft:
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at anytime before or during the watercraft rentals.
Flammable items such as smoking, fireworks are not allowed.
Animals/pets of any kind are not permitted.

Paddleboats 2 adults one small child.
Stand up Paddleboard 1 adult.
Single Kayak- Maxium 1 adult.
Double Kayak-Maxium 2 adults.
Canoe- Maxium 3 adults.

We are a family owned and operated water adventure experience located on the picturesque shores of Conesus Lake, NY. Our ancestors trace back to the 1900s on Conesus Lake. We offer a wealth of knowledge and heartfelt commitment that your time on the water is nothing short of extraordinary.

She grew up on the shores of Conesus Lake and Lake Ontario, where her father taught her how to navigate and maintain boats. His guidance and their time on the water became her driving force behind her decision to start a boat rental business.
She is a PADI certified advanced Scuba Diver with over 25 years’ experience, some of her favorite places to dive are the Red Sea in Egypt, Hawaii, and Jordan, She is a certified Public Vessel operator and specializes in private charters. She is also a Local Conesus Lake author of inspirational book “Sold As Is”

Julie embodies the spirit of advebture. She grew up by the serene waters of Conesus Lake and Silver Lake.You can find her water skiing, cruising SUP or even scuba diving. She embraces a wide array of aquatic activities with her husband from traversing rivers in Laos, snorkling in Vietnam and scuba diving in the Red Sea. As as special educatoin teacher. She has learned to take a deep breath each day and live in gratitude.

Being on the water has always been a part of his life. He grew up fishing and he still travels up to
Northern Canada every year with his family fishing for pike and walleye. He loves wakeboarding, skiing and navigating the St. Lawrence waterways at his family's summer home. Traveling the world with his wife has always included water related activities. He is PADI certified and has scuba dived in the Red Sea,
Thailand, and Mexico. He is a certified publice vessel operator. He loves adventure, traveling and giving back to the world.
